Managed Macro Space and Internal Consulting for the Boots Group  undertaking modelling to support store refit programme - around £40m investment ,10% of Boots’ sales. Developed a new method for triggering space allocation changes creating £3-6m improved sales annually and a new method for optimising product assortment.

Introduced a new planogramming system and increased display staff productivity.  

Developed a solution to a key challenge for Boots of identifying locally tailored formats of stores.

 

 

I was a lead member of strategy team responsible for total review and business plan for A.G. Stanley (400+ 'Homestyle' and ‘FADS’ home decorating stores) turning an £11m sales loss into a £5m gain in 18 months.
